Why should I attend Accelerate 2024?

Accelerate provides a unique opportunity to network with peers, learn best practices around your reimbursement programs and policies, and gain insight to the Motus product vision you won’t get anywhere else. Motus is committed to helping you stay ahead of industry trends, business challenges and evolving legislation so your vehicle reimbursement program remains on track. 

Who should attend Accelerate?

Accelerate is designed for Motus customers. The sessions, product insights and thought leadership topics are all geared to provide support and value to our Motus administrators as well as HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations management. Examples of past attendees:

Where and when is Accelerate 2024? 

Accelerate 2024 will be October 27 - 30 in San Diego, California. This year the event will be at Rancho Bernardo Inn.

Is Accelerate free for me to attend?

Yes! As always, Accelerate is free to attend. All meals and social activities are covered as well. You will only need to cover your travel and accommodations.

How do I book my hotel?

You will be able to access the Accelerate booking link for the Rancho Bernardo Inn through the registration process. We have secured a discounted rate for the event, so please book through the event link provided during registration. The Accelerate group rate is $259 per night, plus taxes and fees.  

What is the transportation situation?

The Rancho Bernardo Inn does not have airport shuttles. We’d recommend using Uber to get to the hotel from local airports.

What is the Test Drive Alley?

Test Drive Alley is a new addition to Accelerate. Here, you’ll be able to check out new features, demo products you might not currently have and connect with Motus Product leadership.

What is the dress code?

At Motus, we don’t have a dress code, rather we encourage you to come as you are and to be comfortable! But, if you’re looking for specific guidance, smart casual is a great default.

Keep in mind that while the weather will be warm in California, air-conditioned event rooms can be chilly and we will have outdoor evening events, so don’t forget to bring a jacket!

Is this event Accessible?

Yes, the Rancho Bernardo Inn is a fully accessible hotel. If you have specific accessibility questions, please call the hotel at 855-574-5356.

Will there be a mobile app for this event?

Yes! We will be providing an app for Accelerate 2024. More to come on this as the event gets closer.
