Rodney Harrison

Shareholder, Ogletree Deakins

A shareholder with the law firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, Rodney brings more than two decades of experience in the areas of labor and employment law to the Motus Policy & Compliance Board. His experience spans numerous federal and state wage and hour class actions involving vehicle expense reimbursement, and he has assisted many employers to develop and implement legally defensible reimbursement programs for employee use of personally-owned vehicles for work. Rodney has served as an adjunct professor at St. Louis University School of Law, and holds a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
