Motus Customer Referral Program ("Program") Terms
How it Works: Existing Motus customers (“Referrer(s)”) can refer friends (“Referred Contact(s)”) to Motus by submitting the name and email of a Referred Contact at http://in.motus.com/customer-referral-program-lp (the “Referral”). For each Referred Contact that completes a Motus Discovery Call and is scheduled for a Motus Offerings Presentation, the Referrer will receive a gift card worth $100 US (“Referral Benefit”). Gift cards will be delivered via the email address provided by Referrer approximately 2-4 weeks after the Motus Offerings Presentation is scheduled. A Referrer can earn a maximum of $500 in Referral Benefits per year.
Referrers: To participate in the Program, Referrers must:
- be an owner or employee of a current Motus customer,
- prior to making a Referral, obtain consent from Referred Contact(s) and clearly explain to such Referred Contact(s) that Referrer may receive a Referral Benefit, and
- not be an owner, employee, or agent of the Referred Contact
Conditions:
- Only one Referral Benefit will be given per Referred Contact.
- In the event of conflicting Referrals, Motus reserves the right to determine who receives the Referral Benefit for the Referred Contact. All other Referrals will automatically be invalidated.
- Referrals expire 6 months after submission unless otherwise approved by Motus.
- Motus reserves the right to determine whether a Referred Contact is qualified and whether to schedule or attend a Motus Discovery Call or a Motus Offerings Presentation with the Referred Contract.
- A Referral Benefit will not be given for a Referred Contact that is at the time of the Referral an existing Motus customer, or in active negotiations to become a Motus customer.
- Referral Benefit may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or referrals.
Special Promotions: From time to time, Referrers may be offered special promotions ("Special Promotion(s)"). These Special Promotions may be offered to some, but not all Referrers, depending upon Referral Benefit status, geographic location, or for other reasons. Such Special Promotions may give Referrers (and in some cases, Referred Contacts) additional benefits and rewards. Additional terms will be provided with the Special Promotion.
General: Referrers and Referred Contacts must comply with Motus terms and policies. Referrers and Referred Contacts must also comply with their respective employer terms and policies, if applicable. Referrers must have Referred Contact’s approval prior to sharing their contact information with Motus. Motus reserves the right to cancel the Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Motus reserves the right to not accept a Referral for any reason at any time. By participating in the Program, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Motus Terms of Use and the Motus Privacy Notice. Motus reserves the right to revoke any Referral Benefit or otherwise disqualify any Referrer or Referred Contact in the event of any suspected fraud or violation of the terms and conditions.
Motus's sole liability to Referrers shall be payment of the Referred Benefit to extend earned as set forth herein. IN NO EVENT SHALL MOTUS OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST COMMISSIONS ON LOST SALES (WHETHER OR NOT MOTUS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE), ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE CONDUCT OF BUSINESS CONTEMPLATED HEREIN.
